"Where" parts of prefab configs
« on: January 13, 2017, 01:20:59 PM »
I have seen "point", "edge" and "seeds". Can you explain what the latter two are for since I see that "point" puts it in the playable area of a map. I ask since I am hacking in barrel placement by using empty prefab decors with things inside of them.

"edge" is used at the edge of a seed (a 128x128 square), for things like walls, windows, and thin doorways.

"seeds" means it occupies (fills) a whole seed or rectangle of seeds on the map, for things like closets, joiners (the fat connections between rooms), and stairs in a room.
