oblige-428-source.zip does not include lua_src/

The lua_src directory is missing in the zip. The source cannot be compiled without it (right?)

Due to forum being broken (problem at SourceForge), I only noticed your two bug reports just now.

Yes, the source package is missing both lua_src and glbsp_src.  Oops!

I will fix this shortly.
