Skulltag theme update

I have added many entries to this but only a handful of tech based textures have been added for use right now. I also had to split the module for both Doom for the time being so Doom doesn't show the purple/black checkerboard (seen in ZDoom based sourceports, possibly others) flat when it is selected for use. There are a ton of HELL and URBAN textures in the Skulltag.wad that can be used but I will have to find a way so it will use those in the HELL/URBAN themes the way it does for the TECH theme.

Also, I have not added any flats to the list yet so anyone is welcome to add them before I finish up adding more textures to the list. Somehow, Oblige complains about malformed errors or unclosed definitions if I use texture names like 89M or J-LIGHT1 so I removed the entries to those for now.

The Doom 1 module needs to have the flats checked and the remainder of what I added in the Doom2 module copypasted into it.
